Visit Reason
The inspection was conducted as a renewal inspection of the Wyndstone facility to assess compliance with health care facility standards.
Findings
The inspection identified two core issues: lack of aprons or clothing coverings for staff handling laundry, and uncovered garbage containers in the laundry rooms.

No aprons/clothing coverings in the laundry room for facility staff to use while handling clean or soiled laundry.
Containers used to store garbage in the laundry rooms of the facility were not covered with lids.

Findings
The survey found that Resident number one, admitted to hospice on 2018-02-23, did not have their service plan updated to reflect the significant change in care. The last update to the service plan was in June 2017.
